2010 Sponsorship Opportunities

The New Jersey Food Processors Association (NJFPA) is an organization of manufacturers of food and agricultural products, and suppliers of materials and services to this industry, joined together to promote best practices, share information and expand the industry in the Garden State. The NJFPA offers associate members, vendors, suppliers and other interested parties the opportunity to sponsor one or more of the special events of our annual calendar. These include the NJFPA Annual Conference in January, our Golf Outing in June, and four (4) quarterly Networking Dinners.

Available sponsorships are:

$10,000.00 PLATIMUM: Primary sponsorship of the NJFPA Annual Conference
(next held in January 2011)

• Sponsor will receive prominent mention as Platinum sponsor of the Annual Conference in all news releases, conference brochures, conference mailings to entire NJFPA database, and electronic newsletters promoting this event.
• Sponsor will receive a priority identification banner inside the Annual Conference, a fee-paid premier table location for exhibiting their products/services therein, fee-paid attendance for three (3) sponsor representatives at the conference, and a reserved time for brief remarks on behalf of the sponsor to the attendees.
• Sponsor will receive prominent mention in all post-conference news releases and electronic newsletters.
• Sponsor will receive one year's membership in the NJFPA
• Sponsor will be recognized as Platinum Sponsor on NJFPA website, in special section dedicated to NJFPA sponsor organizations.

$5,000.00 GOLD: Primary sponsorship of the annual NJFPA Golf Tournament
(next held on June 10, 2010).

• Sponsor will receive prominent mention as Gold sponsor of the annual golf tournament in all news releases, brochures, and electronic newsletters promoting the tournament. (Other small ad venues such as tee signs will also be sold.)
• Sponsor will receive a priority identification banner at the golfers' registration table, and at the post-tournament banquet. Sponsor will receive public acknowledgement at the banquet, and the opportunity for a sponsor's representative to offer brief remarks.
• Sponsor will receive fee-paid exhibit space and fee-paid attendance for two (2) sponsor representatives at the NJFPA Annual conference.
• Sponsor will receive one year's membership in the NJFPA
• Sponsor will be recognized as Gold Sponsor on NJFPA website, in special section dedicated to NJFPA sponsor organizations.

$2,500.00 Silver: Exclusive sponsorship of One (1) Networking Dinner
(to be held April 15, 2010 and in June, September and November 2010).

• Sponsor will be given the opportunity to present on a topic educational to the membership as the featured speaker for one networking dinner event during the year
  • Presentation is typically about 20-25 minutes, with time for Q&A to follow
  • Advertising or sales pitches for the sponsoring company inappropriate, and presentation content to be reviewed in advance and approved by NJFPA President
  • Attendance for these events will be maximized, with sponsor funding used to reduce cost of attendance to members
• Sponsor will receive prominent mention as the major sponsor of the networking dinner on all news releases and electronic newsletters promoting the event, and in post-event news releases and electronic newsletters.
• Sponsor will receive fee-paid exhibit space at the NJFPA Annual Conference
• Sponsor will receive one year's membership in NJFPA.
• Sponsor will be recognized as Silver Sponsor on NJFPA website, in special section dedicated to NJFPA sponsor organizations.
