The Rutgers Food Innovation Center is now offering a diverse array of food safety training and specialized services to meet the needs of the food industry. These include a series of Three-Hour Short Courses for the Food Processing Industry; HACCP Certification Training; Specialized Services; and an Intensive Hands-on Food Safety Training Curriculum.
