NJ Food Processors Association Offers Sponsorship Opportunities

Bridgeton, NJ: Associate members, vendors, suppliers and others interested in the New Jersey Food Processors Association (NJFPA) now have the opportunity to sponsor one or more of the association's special events. These include the NJFPA Annual Conference in January, Golf Outing in June, and Networking Dinners which are held each quarter.
We are offering a great opportunity for sponsors of our events, said Lou Cooperhouse, president of the NJFPA and director of the Rutgers Food Innovation Center. Sponsors have the opportunity to partner with and support the NJFPA, and help us to subsidize the cost of our many educational and networking programs, so that we can offer greater value to our members.  In addition, sponsorship can be an extremely effective and efficient method for our associate members to market their products and services to our manufacturing members, and demonstrate leadership to the New Jersey food processing industry.  Cooperhouse added, We are pleased that Curtis Financial Group has agreed to become our first Silver sponsor, and will be sponsoring our next networking dinner event on April 15.

Available sponsorships include primary sponsorship of the NJFPA Annual Conference, which will next be held in January 2011. For a $10,000 sponsorship, the patron will receive prominent mention as Platinum Sponsor in all news releases, conference brochures, conference mailings and electronic newsletters promoting this event. Promotion during the event will include a priority identification banner inside the Annual Conference, a fee-paid premier table location for exhibiting products/services, fee-paid attendance for three sponsor representatives at the conference, and a reserved time for brief remarks on behalf of the sponsor to the attendees. After the meeting, publicity will continue with prominent mention as a Platinum Sponsor in all post-conference news releases and electronic newsletters and in a special section of the NJFPA website dedicated to sponsor organizations. In addition, the sponsor will receive a one-year NJFPA membership.

Gold Sponsorships are available for the annual NJFPA Golf Tournament to be held on June 10, 2010. Patrons of these $5,000 sponsorships will receive prominent mention as Gold Sponsor of the tournament in all news releases, brochures and electronic newsletters promoting the event. During the tournament, sponsors will be identified on a priority identification banner at the golfers' registration table and on small ad venues such as tee signs. The sponsor will also be highlighted at the post-tournament banquet with a banner, public acknowledgement, and an opportunity to offer brief remarks. After the event, Gold Sponsors will be recognized on the NJFPA website in special section dedicated to NJFPA sponsor organizations. In addition, Gold Sponsors will receive fee-paid exhibit space and fee-paid attendance for two sponsor representatives at the NJFPA Annual Conference in January 2011.

Silver Sponsorships are available for exclusive sponsorship of one quarterly Networking Dinner. Patrons of these $2,500 sponsorships will receive prominent mention as the major sponsor of the networking dinner on all news releases and electronic newsletters promoting the event and in post-event news releases and electronic newsletters. During the event, the sponsor (or sponsor's representative) will give an educational presentation at the dinner, subject to the review of the NJFPA president.  Maximum attendance at the event will be encouraged through sponsor funding, which will offset the cost of members registration. In addition, the Silver sponsor will receive fee-paid exhibit space at the NJFPA Annual Conference, one year's membership in NJFPA, and recognition as Silver Sponsor in a special section on the NJFPA website dedicated to NJFPA sponsor organizations. The Networking Dinners will be held on April 15, 2010 and in June, September and November 2010.
