2021 Fall Think Tank: Supply Chain Disruption

Join us to discuss the challenge that we are all facing - Supply Chain Disruption. From staffing and recruitment, to trucking delays and uncertainty in demand, we are feeling the impact at every step in the process. We are hosting the event to offer you, our community, the opportunity to talk with peers, share ideas, hear tried and true solutions, develop strategies, and more. We will set the stage to discuss People, Forecasting and Transportation during three 30 minute rotating round tables. Our moderators will drive a discussion with solid outcomes and actionable follow ups.  

 

Moderators 

  • People moderated by Ryan Ennist, Client Services Manager at Cielo Talent: Mr. Ennist has several years' experience managing high performing teams & developing strong client relationships in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry. He is passionate about driving best practices & process improvements through data analysis. Mr. Ennist has experience recruiting in the following areas: Outside Sales, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, Consulting Services, Pharmaceutical R&D, Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Sales, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, and Marketing.

  • Forecasting moderated by Pearl Mattison, Director, Demand and Network Planning, Lassonde: Ms. Mattison has 17 years of experience in the food industry and has held multiple roles at Campbells in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and Product Development.

  • Transportation moderated by Mark McEntire, SVP of Operations at Transplace.com: Mr. McEntire joined Transplace in March 2005 and has held several roles within the organization. In 2015, Mr. McEntire was promoted to Sr. Vice President, Operations and leads the Transportation Management – Enterprise division. McEntire’s 33 years in transportation and logistics include experience with J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. and Penske Logistics. In 2001, he completed a two year Six Sigma certification program with General Electric and is a GE certified Black Belt. In June 2009, he earned the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional designation. Mr. McEntire is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management. He is also a board member on the Supply Chain Management Research Center at the University of Arkansas.
