So many challenges at all levels...
let's solve them together.

Talent is at the core of every successful business. Without this talent, the future of our industry is both challenging and uncertain. We all need to better understand and be proactive in the way we attract, develop, and retain talent within our industry.

The million dollar question is how to do it effectively? This is the challenge that the members of the New Jersey Food Processors Association (NJFPA) face on a daily basis and the focus of our Annual Conference. Join us on March 8th for presentations and breakout sessions on various topics for both employers and employees including:

  • Attracting Talent in a Competitive Labor Market
  • Best Practices for Developing Future Leaders
  • Retaining Talent with a Focus on Total Wellbeing

At this event, speakers and panelists from educational institutions, government entities, and the food industry will share best practices, tips and tools to help you better attract, develop, and retain talent in your business.
