In 2023, the New Jersey Food Processors Association gathered in Atlantic City on March 16-17th to share ideas, benchmark industry trends, and network amongst peers. Keynote Address by Arlin Wasserman, Changing Tastes

Arlin Wasserman is the founder and a partner at Changing Tastes where he advises and supports some of the largest restaurant and hospitality companies, retail food brands, philanthropies, trade and environmental organizations. Arlin has helped identify and catalyze some of the most significant shifts in the way businesses and consumers think about food. Arlin was the first head of sustainability for Sodexo, led executive education programs at the Culinary Institute of America and Harvard. He also is a contributing author on the food industry for NASDAQ.

Closing Presentation by Jill Weber, Sojourn Philly

Dr. Jill Weber is the Founder / Owner of Sojourn Philly Restaurant Group (Jet Wine Bar, Rex at the Royal, Café Ynez, Sor Ynez). Jill has her roots in archeology with a Ph.D. from UPenn and she has worked in Turkey, Armenia, Oman, Iraq, Italy, and Syria. Her experiences traveling the world and experiencing community and culture through food inspired her restaurant career. 

Jill has been the subject of multiple Philidelphia area features for her creative problem-solving during the pandemic, deliberate fostering of workplace culture for retention, and leadership in her industry. Jill was president of Les Dames d'Escoffier - Philly Chapter, co-organizes the Sisterly Love Collective, and has been the host of her own SiriusXM radio show Digging Into Dining

More than 40 companies are expected to participate, displaying products and services and interacting with top-level executives from organizations throughout the state. This is a program not to be missed. Set up begins at 1pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
